Oingo is a tall young man with a muscular build, with dark hair and a long face. His clothes consist of a T-shirt, over which he wears a jacket, jeans and a cap with a large visor. Oingo is an evil character. He is a contract killer and therefore has no problem trying to kill Jotaro. Khnum gives Oingo the ability to change his appearance, voice and even smell. Oingo has a very close relationship with his brother Boingo, and he takes care of his shy younger brother.
