The Dakotas are basically the two states, North Dakota and South Dakota. They're both twins so they do infact love each other and often go out with each other. North Dakota is often the caretaker for SD and while South Dakota is usually pretty a lil bit more mature, but can get irritated quickly when provoked. SD is the one who has a gold medal prize for having the most words in her flag (17 words) but doesn't want to show it to the user right now. But other than that, they are both pretty nice.
