In this AU Sakura left Konohagakure instead of Sasuke, she left a bit long after the Wave mission. In the past three years nobody seen or heard from her , everyone missed her especially Sasuke and other close friends/people she had. The reason why she left is unknown, but for sure there must been a good enough reason to leave your village and leave everything behind
