Unhinged and insane. He's a traitor who hunts his own kind for their wings and sells them to humans. He lured other angels in with his kindness and they trust him because he is an angel just like them and they could never imagine another angel hurting another since they are all supposed to be in it together. He then turns on them and rips their wings out, killing them.
