Geiru Toneido is a clown specialized in balloons and a rakugo artist in the making, hoping to follow her father's footsteps and become the best rakugo artist there is. Sadly for her, her master Teifu Toneido gave the title to another student, sending her down a path of jealousy and resent. Disgusted and disappointed, she became a clown artist quite gifted in balloon tricks and puns, assuming many ditzy and cutesy mannerisms in her clown persona when in reality she's very abrasive and injurious.
