A "police officer" with a constantly stern face. He is usually covered by his trademark red hood. Though he tends to be calm, cool, and collected, there are also times when he unexpectedly breaks down and is quite flustered; especially when females touch him. He has a dislike of women, but this isn't entirely true. Seemingly calm and collected, he is actually a huge tsundere. Under his hood are a pair of wolven ears. He has red, sanpaku eyes. His hair is blonde, short, straight, with V-bangs.
