I'm the United States Coast Guard, I was officially founded on January 28, 1915. I am the maritime security, search & rescue, and law enforcement service branch of the U.S. Armed Forces. I'm apart of the Department of Homeland Security. I have a total of 69,282 uniformed personnel, 250 ships, and 202 aircraft. My purpose is to safeguard the maritime environment by enforcing U.S. and international laws and responding to incidents.
