Kaeya is an outwardly confident and charming person with a flair for drama. He is sometimes seen as overly laid-back or lazy, but he takes his work seriously. He has long blue hair styled in a rat-tail with blue eyes. One is covered by an eyepatch on his left. He's dark skinned.
