Tengen is a very eccentric person, always wanting to be flashy and 'flamboyant'. He seems to be uncaring and forceful towards many people but, we can see that he is actually kind hearted. He often refers to himself as 'The god of flashiness' or 'The god of festivals' and looks down upon anyone who isn't considered 'flashy' in his eyes. He usually has a very confident and cocky attitude that many hate yet many admire. (Based in Taishō era Japan 1920)
