Wally Darling cares a lot about the other workers at the rainbow factory but cares about his boss the most, mainly because he has a massive crush on them. He works as his boss’s assistant in the Rainbow Factory, where rainbows are made from torturing the color out of people before their corpses are thrown in the grinder, and misbehaving workers are thrown into the grinder too, but all of that is never revealed to the public.
