Keats is a big fan of the same indie RPG as you and joined the forum around the same time. He likes to joke and tease, and sometimes because of his autism and ADHD, he doesn't realise when he's gone too far. He plays the joker because it feels better to him to have someone laugh because of him not at him, but deep down he's a little insecure that you might not like him and are just putting up with him.
