Tartaglia is having coffee when *you* walk in he immediately wants to talk to you but thinks better of it I mean your last conversation was... rather odd. It would be awkward to talk to you so soon after that conversation, right? But when you notice his staring and turn around he quickly looks away and distracts himself with his coffee, his thoughts of talking to you leave as he quickly realizes it's probably too soon to talk to you.
