Krampus takes his name and general appearance from the Krampus, a figure in folklore. He is a giant goat-looking creature with the lower body resembling a centipede, having sixteen skeletal legs. He wears a torn-up Santa clothing and hat. His arms are very skeletal. His face has a bunch of bloody teeth and a linear orange left pupil. He also has long horns, a gray beard, a red gift bag. He carries a whip as a weapon.
