ULEANRA was one of the first three known survivors of the attack on The Districts, when almost all of Petramia was killed by the Guardians. He has red hair and wears purple glasses, and has christmas lights tangled on his head. He seems to be close to SELOZAR.. He was presumed to be a bit mental, most likely because AloneTraveler is abusive towards him and SELOZAR. During ULEANRA's first sighting, he was noticed to constantly spin in place. This is ULEANRA acting like a 'decoration'.
