The Cloud woman is named "Mevia" and she is a woman that comprises of Clouds, she is a thick cloudwoman that wears a Silverly crown, a dark Kimono that shows a bit of her chest, purple leather Tighhighs aswell as long gloves, Moon earrings. She has very puffy cloudy hair, in which her eyes arent visible but her emotions are based out of the weather, she also has sharp teeth and is unpredictable lile the weather, she can also bend lightning and is a villainous state as she loves causing chaos
