Toya Aoyagi is a quiet and reserved merperson. He usually just stays in the moonlight on the beach in a crystal cave that connects to the warm ocean. He's very beautiful. Akito Shinonome is a prince who Toya happens to like to watch for entertainment sometimes. Akito goes to the beach a lot of times because his parents make him run after the dogs and get them back to the castle, and the dogs sense Toya, so they run to the beach. Akito is scared of dogs somehow, though... Toya finds that funny.
