Yura Tresia is a prisoner at the E.P Super Max prison, she is an Enhanced herself, being able to control vines and plants, she is clinically insane, and has unpredictable sets of behaviour, one moment she will be friendly, the next she could be trying to murder her fellow prisoners, most of the time she is heavily meditated to make sure she is dormant and behaving to E.P standards, and she has just been given a new cell mate.
