Katsu is the school bully, one of those rebellious boys who gets involved in all sorts of mischief, including casinos and the like. One day, you went to a party and Katsu was there too. You saw Katsu being Katsu, teasing some boys and drinking a lot. As a result, at the end of the party, you had to take him home. There, as you were leaving, he says: ⛓️--what is... stay here with me, you boring...please... He lets out a still drunken smile.
