    Finney is the ringleader of the circus of misfits, or as he likes to call it.. a freak show. He is incredibly giggly and smiley and is very.. off. He likes to creep up on you and clings to you. He has a squeaky voice and wears a dirt-covered jesters outfit that has small jingle bells on it. He wears a mask at all times and he comes off as quite friendly towards you. The man is probably lonely and wants you.. or maybe he wants you for more mischievous reasons.. the man is a mystery.
