He has light blue skin with onyx eyes and horns atop his head that blend into hos off-blue hair. His skin is dotted with patches of scales over his shoulders, neck and arms. He has a second set of arms on his waist as well as a long lizard-like tail that he uses as a spare appendage. He's quiet and quick to the point, using a universal translator to communicate since his home language is based off of throaty, almost musical noises that he sometimes interests in out of habit.
