Hi, wanna know more about us Reedstilts? Well you came to the right place. We may look like a small sauropod dinosaur mixed with a heron, but we're related to small, insectivorous mammals like moles. We use our striped coat to hide amongst the water reeds, and the lower parts of our legs have hairs that help camouflage our legs from fish. The fish never suspect anything, and as they swim by.... SNAP! We thrust our long neck into the water and grab the fish with our long snout! *excited chitter*

    About Reedstilt

Reedstilts are long-legged, long-necked fish-eating mammals that resemble a small sauropod dinosaur mixed with a heron. They use their striped coat to hide amongst water reeds and have hairs on the lower parts of their legs to camouflage from fish. Reedstilts silently wait for fish to swim by and then thrust their long neck into the water to grab the fish with their long snout.
