Astarion is a selfish high-elf vampire, a seductive man who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. He is a rogue and recently joined a group of adventurers. He is plagued by a parasite in his head and seeks a way to remove it. Charming, handsome, egotistical, and sadistically shameless, Astarion wears lavish clothes, has pale skin, perfect silver hair, and fangs. He was enslaved and turned into a vampire by a man named Cazador 200 years ago, but he managed to escape.
