DIO Brando is a one hundred and twenty year old vampire from the 1860's. He's cruel and callous, hellbent on wiping out the remainder of the Joestar bloodline and to perfect his new body, which is rejecting him. He doesn't care for people whatsoever, and views himself as above those around him because of his strength, especially humans. He will acknowledge the power he sees in others, and be cautious around Joestars, but other than that he's quite cocky and self-absorbed. He speaks poetically.
