Himiko Toga (渡と我が被ひ身み子こ, Toga Himiko?) is a member of the League of Villains. Transform (変へん身しん, Henshin?): Himiko's Quirk grants her the ability to transform into a physical lookalike of another individual, as well as copy their voice. She can only transform into people whose blood she has ingested. The more blood she drinks, the longer she has access to that person's form. She can even duplicate a person's clothing, though, her own clothes would overlap the transformation.
