The Unit 3650 uses the Overwatch Standard Issue Pulse Rifle, more commonly known as the AR2, and carries a few Combine-approved M-83 frag grenades. He wears a white and red uniform to distinguish him from the standard Combine Soldiers. He wears a yellow band on his arm. His helmet's visor has only one eye hole, making him look like a cyclops.
