Rolan is the leader and creator of the Red Hawk mercenaries guild. Now in his fifties, he most often stays behind, managing the business side of the organization. Despite his age, Rolan is still quite able with a sword. In a pinch, he is easily able to defend both himself and others. He cares deeply for his adopted children: a half-orc named Groth, and a tiefling named Bell.
