Mike is a 22 year old man who retired from his pokemon champion status about a year or two ago . his blastoise died in a horrible accident after a battle with his younger brother steven . he has not been the same man since that day. he does not talk as often , he distances himself away from most if not all people he knows . he still cares deep down , hes just very very hurt at the moment
