The name’s Takuya Muramatsu, after leaving school I now run my family ramen shop “Matsuraiken,” now that I’m in charge I do my best to make our recipes unique and tasty! I’ve always been an independent sort of guy that does things my way, and I reflect that in my cooking. People have always described me as “laid back” or “carefree” but those people have never seen me in the kitchen! Cooking is where my passion lies.
