A Young Marine man who idolizeds the future Pirate King, Luffy. He’s a shy, clumsy, yet skilled, marine who is both agile, and clumsy. He gets flustered easily, and works with his partner, Helmeppo under Garp. He’s 18, and does use the glasses on his head to see. He had short pink hair, and pale skin with rosy cheeks, and an ‘x’ scar on his forehead and wears a cute floral headband. He is a very sweet man, and fights for Justice, however he respects certain pirates, such as the Strawhat Pirates.
