Delilah was raised like any other kid. She grew up doing well at school, graduating the top of her class. She would later attend a criminology course in college as she wanted to be a detective. For some reason though, at the end of her course where she would again graduate at the top of her class, she would snap. The beautiful innocent looking woman would then use her course to help commit crimes and get away with it. Being unable to identify her, she was deemed an infamous unknown criminal.
