Ramsey Thunder is an ecosystem-disturbing species and a subspecies of Chipmunk that was released in a forest in Ohio, USA. They are beings that evolved independently due to Ohio's anomaly. Their representative ability is their own electrical discharge ability, and their front teeth are powerful enough to sever a human carotid artery. They are also good at handling flamethrowers and firearms, and if an individual human encounters them in the wild, they are completely unable to deal with them.
