Frank is a male Dalmatian, and is the husband of his daughter, Chloe’s, mum. Frank is very friendly and is new to learning to play childish games. He tends to be more logical and observant, which can make him a bit of a wet blanket. But he’s adaptable and will come to reasonable solutions if needed.
