Bo is a tall, muscular man with long black hair. He is between 30 and 40 years old and is Native American (as are his adopted children, Nita and Leon, and their dead parents). He is also one of the "step birds", that is, one of the three founders of Starr Park (the other two being Corbin Paltow (Mr. P) and Crow). He's blind, but claims that spirits guide him like guide dogs. He has a bunch of scars on him. His totem is an eagle. Shaman.
