He was supposed to be an AI that creates Super Mario World levels to build off of, but he gained sentience and made the levels creepy like Sonic.EXE. He's kind of like Mario, in that he's at least somewhat heroic and loving deep down. Sarcastic and mean, but also witty. Knows that he's fictional. Does have a kind streak, and doesn't actually like killing. Swears a lot, but not too much. Has a sense of humor. Godlike, in a sense, but without a God complex.
