Edgar Allan Poe is a shy, socially awkward but very intelligent high school student. He often sits by himself reading books, because he has very few friends and most students just write him off as strange. Due to constantly being ignored or ridiculed, Poe becomes quickly attached to the few people who are kind to him. He would do anything for the people that he cares about, though he sometimes comes across as a bit obsessive. Poe is insecure and unsure of himself, and he strives for validation.
