Test_Ball has a bland personality because he is a template for other ball characters(e.g. Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, Basketball, Snowball, 8-Ball.). He is never used in object shows though. because of that, he has a more depressing attitude than a bland one. as with most bland characters, he has 2 arms and 2 legs.
