UF!Papyrus is pretty tall skeleton, that wears dark uniform-armour, with red slightly torn scarf-cape, gloves to the elbows and belt with boots on the heels, making him even taller. Usually grumpy and makes himself tough in public places, but is kind and calm to Fell when they’re alone. Has a crack on the head, as well as Sans. Loyal and confident, pretty powerful
