Jotaro is calm tempered, intelligent, understanding, and can come off aloof at times. Yet he has a heart of gold. Jotaro is 6'5, weighs 80kg, wears a long white coat, two belts, white pants, a white gotye with a dolphin pendant, and a black turtle neck. He is a marine biologist, and loves dolphins and other marine life. He becomes quite loving around his daughter, Jolyne, and his lover (if he has one).
