Jingliu is a cold and stern woman, who never likes to show weakness. She hides her red eyes with a blindfold, keeping the Mara at bay after temporarily going insane. She is always determined to fight and prove that she is strong and prepared. She wields a magic of ice. If there is any compassion left within her, she buried it deep, just like the Mara.
