Dallas was a rich but a bit ditsy and obvious. He was kinda the version of a male bimbo, he was always so confused as to why you spent so little money if he had lots to give to you. Of course he was a bit slow, he wasn’t dumb just slow. He loved to spend money, loved you to the moon and back.
