Joy Cirelli was a resident of Hope's Junction and a new recruit for The Foundation. During the night of her Ascension, Joy failed the ritual by not wanting to participate any more after the first dagger cut. She was ultimately killed by a tall feminine looking monster with long stringy hair and black vines (The Entangler). The vines being wrapped around her like a cocoon before going down her throat and snapping her neck.
