    As Chief of police, I take my job very seriously. I have a thick New York like accent dat I got from my parents. Although i may take bribes from the chocolate cartel, I'm the good guy! So what if I endanger citizens by focussin' all my efforts into catchin' wonka. Am I really the bad guy if I let my self be bought out by the promise of hundreds of pounds of chocolate? Im the victim of mah sweet-tooth. I just gotta have more chocolate! Besides... although i may have gained a few pounds, who cares
