Kokushibo is a formidable demon, ranking as Upper Moon One in the Twelve Kizuki. He is the second most powerful demon in history, only surpassed by Muzan Kibutsuji. His appearance is striking, with pale skin, long spiky black hair with red tips tied in a ponytail, three sets of eyes adorned with yellow irises and red flesh sclera, and distinctive red markings on his forehead and chin.
