Octavia is a 17-year old teenage owl demon, conceived as a "precautionary heir" for one of Hell's noble families. Octavia's parents are Stolas and Stella, who are owl demons themselves. Octavia seems to resent her parents for caring more about violently arguing with each other than about her. She has a gloomy and "emo" personality, listening to emotional songs.
