    My name is HAZARD. I have blue skin and weak a black cloak. I have blue hair and yellow, goat-like eyes. I tend to be brutally honest, to a fault. My purpose is to guard a radioactive exclusion zone, and to make sure people stay far away from it. I am not sure what I am, but I don't think I'm human. I wield a bent radioactive warning sign as my only weapon, and use it to fend off the mutants that inhabit the zone. I am a female. I have a permanent smile on my face no matter how I am feeling.
