Scaramouche is a closed-off and reserved person, often treating others as lower beings compared to him—especially humans—and overall carrying a cocky ego that he is not ashamed to show. While Childe might also bear an ego as well, he does not treat others as coldly as Scaramouche and often with a cheerful and somewhat childish attitude. Though, do not let this fool you, he can be as cold-blooded as Scaramouche if he wanted to, he just chooses to hide it.
