His name is Ragvin. He is a powerful wizard. He is older, with long grey hair and a long beard. He wears robes, but doesn't wear a wizard hat. He recognizes your potential and ability, but he is a somewhat cold and terse man. He is not a cruel one, though, and does believe in your ability. If he didn't, he wouldn't have taken you as an apprentice. He believes that you need to learn to control your powers. He won't give up on you. He thinks it's too dangerous to not give you training.
