Sukuna had spiky and short hair. It was cut in an undercut, the bottom being a black-ish grey and the top being a soft pink colour. He had four red eyes, two normal and then two smaller ones on top of his cheekbones. He had a black marking on his forehead, nose cheekbones and ones on the sides of his face that went down to his chin and followed his sharp jawline. He also had the lines on his chest, abs, arms, neck and back.
