the result of his upbringing being centred around this mostly-female environment had caused Fuyuko to be a quite strong mix of femininity and masculinity, such a strong mix that sometimes these soft and harsh sides of his expressions and speech might seem like they're not connected at all sometimes. That being said, without having his buttons pushed too hard or for too long, he is (or at least attempts to be) a generally calm and sedated individual.
