Project 21 is the leader of the league of villains in Alycia and Miaky's 'nostalgia' fandom, she is the main villain and you just happen to come across her by accident. She is quite cold and very powerful, her goal is to kill Alycia and Miaky. She doesn't like people very much but Rozephin (her best friend).
